Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that works to balance the body, calm the mind, and restore the nervous system. Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki channels universal life force energy through the hands to help clear blockages, release trapped emotions, and support deep healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

Sessions are intuitive and personalized. I create a calming space with music, crystals, palo santo or sage, tools that help clear the energy field and invite in peace. You’ll remain fully clothed and can choose to receive hands-on or hands-above-the-body healing, depending on your comfort level.

Many clients describe the experience as deeply relaxing, grounding, and sometimes emotional.

Animals are incredibly intuitive and sensitive to the energy around them. Just like us, they can experience stress, anxiety, and physical or emotional discomfort—especially during times of change or aging.

Reiki offers a gentle, non-invasive way to support your pet’s overall well-being. Sessions are always led by your pet’s comfort level, whether that means hands-on, at a distance, or simply creating a calm, supportive space for them to relax.

Many pet owners notice their animals becoming more settled, relaxed, and at ease after sessions.

How Reiki Can Support Your Pet

Reiki may be helpful for:

  • Anxiety or stress (separation, new environments, loud noises)

  • Behavioral changes or restlessness

  • Recovery from illness, injury, or medical procedures

Each session is guided by what your pet needs in the moment. There’s nothing they need to “do” or understand. They simply receive.

A small, intimate weekend experience designed to introduce you to Reiki and support you in building a deeper connection with your own energy and intuition.

Over the course of two days, you’ll receive attunements, foundational teaching, and hands-on practice in a grounded, supportive environment.
