The Living Forward Method

Grief isn’t something you “get over.”
With support, intention, and space to actually feel what’s been sitting beneath the surface, it’s something you move through.

This 8-week guided experience is designed to help you process your grief in a way that is structured, supportive, and deeply human.

Together, we gently move through the layers of your experience so you can release what’s been weighing on you, reconnect with what matters, and begin to feel like yourself again.

This work is for you if:

  • You feel like your grief is still “stuck” or unresolved

  • There are things left unsaid (regret, guilt, questions)

  • You’re carrying emotional weight you don’t know how to release

  • You want to honor someone you’ve lost without feeling consumed by it

  • You’re grieving someone who is still living (relationships, endings, distance)

What We Do Together

This is not talk therapy. This is a guided emotional process that helps you actually move through grief, not just talk about it.

Over 8 weeks, we work through:

  • Understanding your full grief story

  • Naming and processing emotions (beyond just “sad” or “angry”)

  • Working through regrets, apologies, and unspoken experiences

  • Practicing forgiveness and emotional release

  • Reconnecting with meaningful memories

  • Creating a sense of closure

  • Honoring your relationship in a new way

  • Beginning to move forward while still carrying love or at least appreciation for the relationship and all of it’s lessons/offerings

The Outcome

By the end of this process, clients often feel lighter, emotionally and mentally. You may also feel more at peace with what happened, less stuck in loops of regret or “what ifs”, and more connected to their loved one in a way that feels grounding, not painful. Lastly, the goal is to help you get ready to move forward without forgetting your loved one and what you want to carry from them in your life.
