Each situation is unique. Please reach out to discuss what level of support feels most aligned.

Preparing for death doesn’t have to feel cold, confusing, or overwhelming. It can be intentional, supported, and even deeply meaningful.

I offer practical, compassionate support for both individuals and the people who care for them so no one has to navigate this alone.

Together, we’ll walk through the many pieces of this process with care and clarity, creating space for both preparation and presence.

Support for Individuals

If you are preparing for your own passing (whether due to a diagnosis or simply a desire to be organize), this work is about creating peace of mind and honoring your wishes.

This may include:

  • Organizing important documents (wills, directives, account access, passwords)

  • Financial and funeral planning

  • Clarifying wishes for your body and memorial

  • Creating a legacy plan or keepsake project

  • Ensuring loved ones know exactly what to do when the time comes

Support for Caregivers & Loved Ones

Caring for someone at the end of life can feel overwhelming, emotional, and at times isolating. You don’t have to carry that responsibility on your own.

I provide support to help you:

  • Navigate decisions with more clarity and confidence

  • Process the emotional weight of caregiving and anticipatory grief

  • Prepare for what to expect as things progress

  • Communicate with family members and loved ones

  • Feel more grounded and supported in your role

A Shared Approach

Whether you are preparing for yourself or supporting someone you love, this work centers around dignity, autonomy, and care…

for everyone involved.

There is peace in preparation, and relief in not having to figure it all out alone.

Vigil Support (Active Dying)

A vigil is the time when someone is nearing the end of life—, ften in the final days or hours. It can be a quiet, sacred, and emotional space, but also one that feels uncertain or overwhelming for loved ones.

Vigil support offers a calm, grounded presence during this time so you don’t have to navigate it alone.

What I Offer During a Vigil

My role is not to take over, but to gently support both the individual and their loved ones through the process.

This may include:

  • Sitting bedside in a calm, steady presence

  • Offering emotional support to family and loved ones

  • Helping create a peaceful environment (lighting, music, quiet space)

  • Providing gentle guidance on what to expect as the body transitions

  • Supporting moments of connection, reflection, or quiet presence

  • Allowing loved ones to rest, step away, or simply not feel alone

Every vigil is different. I meet you where you are and support in a way that feels respectful and aligned with your needs.

Scheduling is based on availability and the unique needs of each situation.
